Meditation might improve test scores (study)
Researchers at the University of California, Santa Barbara, investigate the relationship between 正念 and mind-wandering.

After a group of graduates went through a two-week 正念 training program, their mind-wandering decreased and their working memory capacity improved.
Additionally, students were given a reading comprehension test—a section of the Graduate Record Examination (G.R.E.). Their performance improved.
The study was published last month in the journal Psychological Science.
